Delivery within 2-5 working days from the order date. You can choose between the following 2 delivery methods:

• Tracked letter or Colissimo: €2.80 (Free for purchases over €45)
• Colissimo with Signature: €7.90

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

You have your order delivered to EUROPE:

Delivery within 2-8 working days from the order date. The delivery method is as follows:

• Tracked letter or Colissimo: €7

You have your order delivered to the REST OF THE WORLD :

Delivery within 7-14 working days from the order date. The delivery method is as follows :

• Colissimo with Signature: €14.90

RETURNS & WARRANTY

You can return items that do not suit you within 14 days of receipt.

In mainland France only, Returns are free. Shipping costs will be refunded to you along with your order.

For all other shipping countries, the return is at your expense. This means that you will only be refunded the amount of the order.

GUARANTEE: Returns will only be accepted for products in perfect condition: not worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

Chou² products are guaranteed for 1 year. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or other anomalies originating from Chou².
